We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Some restrictions and limitations apply. Contact us with any specific shipping question or concerns.
Please note, apparel items with multiple color options will ship in 7-10 business days, please call for availability on rush order. Items in stock will ship within 24 hours
We want you to be 100% Satisfied with everything from the Puppet Merchandise Store. If for any reason you are not, simply return or exchange your products, following the guidelines below.
If you change your mind or are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return items within 30 days of ship date as long as the items shows no sign of wear.
-The Consumer will be responsible for freight cost back to warehouse .
-Puppet will pay for the return shipment with new items.
Any damaged merchandise must be reported to our customer service department, with your order number, within 14 days of receipt of merchandise to be issued a credit or exchange.
1. Please contact our customer service department at (503) 620-3410 or email firstname.lastname@example.org to obtain a return authorization number.
2. Record the return authorization number you receive on a copy of your packing slip.
3. Repackage the items to be returned, using the original packaging if possible. Include a copy of your packing slip in the return package.
4. Ship the return to the address below using a traceable method. Be sure to include your return authorization number on the address label for faster processing.
5. Please allow 7-10 business days for your return to be processed once it is received.
